The original game
PrivateRoyale is a free, non-commercial, invite-only fan server for a game whose official service has closed. The game, its software, names, logos, artwork, and other assets belong to their owners. PrivateRoyale is not affiliated with them, claims no rights in any of it, and makes no money from it.
If you hold the rights to the original game, or act for someone who does, and want PrivateRoyale to stop, email us at . We will reply within three days, and on your request we will take the service, this website, and every file they serve offline within seven days. You do not need a formal notice for this: an email from you or your representative is enough. We are also glad to talk if you would rather discuss how the server is run.

- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are the owner or authorised to act for the owner.
- Your physical or electronic signature.
A notice that knowingly misrepresents that material is infringing can make its sender liable for damages (17 U.S.C. § 512(f)).
